Terms of service
Terms that apply to the services and website of Vsolv Research.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to services provided by Vsolv Research, a sole proprietorship of Dr Anoop Narayanan V, Longfield, Yeyyadi, Mangalore, Karnataka 575008, India, and to use of this website. Each project is also governed by its written quote or agreement; if they conflict, the project agreement applies.
2. Our services
We provide research support, editing, analysis, mentoring, consulting, formulation development, laboratory planning, scientific communication and patent-related support, as described in your quote. Patent and trademark filing and representation are carried out by registered agents or advocates.
3. Academic integrity
We do not write academic work for submission under a client's name, alter data or guarantee outcomes. We may decline or stop work that breaches our academic integrity policy. Clients are responsible for how they use our work and for following the rules of their institution, journal or funder.
4. Quotes and payments
Work is divided into milestones set out in the quote. Each milestone is paid in full in advance, and work on it starts after payment. Fees, milestones and revision rounds are as stated in the quote. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. Late payments by business clients are subject to the MSMED Act 2006.
5. Client responsibilities
You will provide accurate information and data you are entitled to share, obtain the approvals your work needs (for example ethics committee approval), and review deliverables within a reasonable time.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, unless the agreement says otherwise. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, software and know-how. We will not use your confidential information for anyone else.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties keep each other's confidential information private, during and after the project, subject to any separate NDA.
8. No guarantees
Publication, funding, patent grant, trademark registration, regulatory approval and grades are decided by third parties. We do not guarantee them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Website and tools
Website content is general information, not professional advice for your situation. Our software tools are decision-support tools and are not validated for GMP use.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
