Refund and cancellation policy
How cancellations and refunds work for Vsolv Research services.
1. Cancelling a project
You can cancel a project at any time by writing to vsolvresearch@gmail.com. The refund depends on the work completed at that point.

| After work starts, before the first milestone is delivered | Refund of the amount paid, less the value of work completed up to the date of cancellation, based on the milestones in your quote |
| After a milestone or the final deliverable is delivered | No refund for milestones already delivered; any amount paid for undelivered milestones is refunded |
2. Third-party costs
Official fees (for example Patent Office or Trade Marks Registry fees), partner facility charges and materials purchased for your project are not refundable once paid.
3. If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, we will refund the amount paid for undelivered work.
4. Outcomes decided by others
Refunds are not given because a journal, funder, examiner, patent office or regulator reaches an unfavourable decision, as these outcomes are outside our control.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
