Which class covers pharmaceutical products?
Pharmaceutical preparations are generally in Class 5. Cosmetics are generally in Class 3. Your products may need more than one class.
Can I use the ™ symbol before registration?
™ can be used to show you claim a mark. ® can be used only after registration.
