How we work with you

From enquiry to delivery

1. Enquiry. Send the form or a WhatsApp message with a short description. We reply within 1 working day.
2. Free consultation. A 20-minute call to understand your goal, deadline and data. Share only non-confidential details at this stage.
3. NDA. Before you share confidential information, we sign a non-disclosure agreement.
4. Written scope, timeline and quote within 2 working days. It lists the deliverables, what is not included, milestones, fees and revision rounds.
5. Confirmation and first milestone payment. Work starts when you accept the quote and pay for the first milestone.
6. Work in milestones. You receive updates and review each stage before we move on.
7. Delivery. Final files in agreed formats, with an explanation call where useful.
8. After delivery. Agreed revisions, and help with reviewer or examiner questions on work we delivered.

Fees and payments

• Every project is quoted individually after the consultation. The quote is free.
• Work is divided into milestones set out in your quote. Each milestone is paid in full in advance, before work on it starts. Smaller projects are a single milestone.
• An invoice or receipt is issued for every payment. Vsolv Research is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged.
• Business clients: as a Registered MSME, payments are due within the period agreed in writing, and not later than 45 days, as provided by the MSMED Act 2006.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

Revisions

Each quote states the number of revision rounds included. Changes to the agreed scope, such as new objectives or extra data, are quoted separately before work continues.

Confidentiality and data

• NDA on request before any confidential discussion
• Access limited to team members working on your project
• Patient data accepted only in de-identified form, with a data processing agreement where needed
• Files deleted after the project on request, in line with the DPDP Act 2023
• Client names and work never published without written permission

Academic work

For students and researchers, we guide, analyse, edit and mentor. We do not write academic work for submission under a client's name. Contracts and invoices describe the work as editing, analysis, mentoring or consulting. See our academic integrity policy.
