About us
What does Vsolv Research do?
We support pharmaceutical and biomedical research: research protocols, thesis mentoring and publication support, systematic reviews, biostatistics, custom formulation development, laboratory setup, research studies, scientific communication and patents. We also build research software such as QbD Risk Navigator.
Where do you work?
We work online with clients across India and internationally.
Are you a registered business?
Yes. Vsolv Research is a Registered MSME. Our registration number is shown in the footer of every page.
Fees and payments
How are fees decided?
Every project is quoted individually. The fee depends on the work involved, its complexity, the volume of data and your deadline. After a free consultation, we send a written scope, timeline and quote within 2 working days.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The first 20-minute consultation and the written quote are free.
How do I pay?
Each milestone in your quote is paid in full before work on it starts. Pay online through Razorpay, by UPI or by bank transfer on our Pay an invoice page. Details are in the quote.
Do you charge GST?
No. Vsolv Research is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged on our invoices.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the stage of work when you cancel. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Confidentiality
Is my idea and data kept confidential?
Yes. We sign an NDA before you share details, limit access to the team members on your project, and delete your files on request.
Do you publish client names or case studies?
No. Client work is confidential.
Students and academic work
Do you write theses or papers for students?
No. We mentor, analyse data, edit, format, and help you respond to examiners and reviewers. The work and the authorship remain yours.
Can you check my thesis for plagiarism and AI content?
Yes. We run a similarity check with licensed software in no-repository mode and an AI-writing indicator check, then explain the results and guide your revisions.
Can you guarantee publication?
No one honestly can. We prepare a submission-ready manuscript, help you choose verified journals, and support you until the final decision.
Patents
Who files my patent?
Our patent partner Bansari Antala, an independent Registered Patent Agent (IN/PA-5922).
Should I publish before filing a patent?
No. File first. Publishing, presenting or displaying the invention before filing can destroy its novelty.
QbD Risk Navigator
Where is my QbD project data stored?
In your own browser on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers. Export your projects regularly as a backup.
Is QbD Risk Navigator validated for GMP use?
No. It is a decision-support tool with change log, signatures and integrity checks, not a validated 21 CFR Part 11 system.
